PAYMENT TERMS & CONDITIONS
By booking your Themed Soca Cruise with ANSURA VACATIONS LLC – (Soca On The Seas), you agree to non- refundable deposits and payments and an installment plan, per the cancellation fees stated on this website.

You are allowed to make monthly payments over a period of time (8 months max). You pay an initial deposit starting from ($200pp-$350pp). You are expected to pay an even amount towards your outstanding balance by the 20th of each month starting the following month of your initial payment.

You may opt to be placed on auto pay (your credit card will be charged automatically on the 20th of each month) – to be scheduled at the time of Booking. Your outstanding balance must be paid in full on or before September 1, 2022. Failure to keep up with your additional payments or meet the final payment deadline may result in additional charges and/or your booking being cancelled.

All initial deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Travel Protection is available.

In the event of cancellation post final payment, you must first contact Ansura Vacations LLC in writing by sending an email to info@ansuravacations.com. We will contact the Travel Guard on your behalf to begin your Insurance Claim process and refund. Your booking is not considered complete until we have received full payment. By booking a package via our website socaontheseas.com and ansuravacations.com you and anyone you may have booked on their behalf acknowledge and agree to our terms and conditions, as well as our disclaimer.

TERMS OF USE OF THE WEBSITE
By using this website, you agree to the following:

  1. You are 21 years old at the time of reserving your Royal Caribbean cabin.
  2. All information provided is complete, current, true and accurate.
  3. You will use this Website in accordance with these Terms of Use:
  4. The responsible party will use this website to make cruise, hotel & air reservations for him/herself or for another person for whom he/she is legally authorized to act.
  5. The responsible party will inform his/her roommate about the Terms of Use that apply to the hotel and cabin reservations you have made on their behalf, including all FAQs, cancellation fees and payment schedule.
  6. All roommates must meet health entry requirements, obtain the required vaccines in relation to your cruises. Refer to RCCL Health Sail Center on www.royalcaribbean.com.

Ansura Vacations LLC does not provide liability insurance for the protection of individuals and/or groups that have booked to travel with Ansura Vacations LLC | Soca On The Seas packages of any kind.

In consideration for Ansura Vacations LLC | SOS Cruise organizing travel arrangements, where applicable, the individual and/or groups hereby release and indefinitely discharge Ansura Vacations LLC and its associated officers and organizations jointly and severally from all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by traveling on the Soca On The Seas cruises originating in Barbados.

On behalf of my heirs, executors, administrators and assigns I also agree to indemnify Ansura Vacations LLC | Soca On The Seas Group and its associated officers and organizations from any and all actions, causes of action, claims and demands for, upon or by reason of any damage, loss or injury, which hereafter may be sustained by cruising on the 2022 SOS Soca cruises.

I hereby consent to Ansura Vacations LLC – Soca On The Seas taking photographic and video images of me at any time during the Soca On The Seas cruise, the same to be used for the purposes of promotion only.

TRAVEL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Please check your travel documents immediately upon receipt. Contact Ansura Vacations LLC immediately if there is a discrepancy.
  2. It is recommended to check in a minimum of 2 hours before departure for a
    domestic flight and 3 hours for international flights.
  3. All airline tickets are to be considered non-refundable and non-changeable unless
    otherwise expressed.
  4. Travelers are responsible for determining the necessary documents for their travels (Passports, Visas, etc).
  5. For International travel requirements, check state.gov/travel.
  6. Prices are not guaranteed until minimum deposit is posted.
  7. Ansura Vacations LLC is not responsible for miscellaneous fees such as baggage fees, food, entrance fees, etc.
  8. Ansura Vacations LLC sells travel insurance through Travel Guard.

TRAVEL DISCLAIMER: Ansura Vacations LLC and its agents, in providing consultation, making reservations, and in the issuance of any documents related to travel including airline tickets, cruise documents, hotel reservations, auto rental, etc., is acting only in its capacity as an agent for the carrier(s). Ansura Vacations LLC and its agents, neither guarantees nor ensures the service to be provided by any carrier and shall assume no responsibility or liability for actions beyond its own control in connection with the service to be provided. Ansura Vacations LLC and its agents are not responsible or liable for any act, error, omission, injury, or any consequences resulting therefrom, which may be occasioned through the neglect, default, or any other action of the company, carrier or person engaged in carrying out the purpose for which tickets/documents have been issued.
